An exclusive new series for RADIAL Gallery.

For this brand new series, Swiss artist Frank Fischer has chosen to create a brand new series of works inspired by an artist he knows well, the Danish painter John Kørner.
John Kørner’s works are a mixture of both figurative and abstract images. His subjects are very varied, a wide range of very current issues: consumption, climate change, war and human relations. An ultra colorful universe, in phase with the interrogations of the world that Frank Fischer makes us discover through his “lines of resolution”.
The choice of works is the result of research and documentation, of course, but for this new series based on the work of John Kørner, it is the memories of exhibitions seen in Copenhagen or London that have prioritized his choices.
Rather than a tribute, it is a friendly sign to an artist that he wanted to be authentic and representative of the multiple facets of this painter’s paintings that Frank Fischer wishes to share and make known

Une exclusivité de la Galerie RADIAL Art Contemporain.

Pour cette nouvelle série, l’artiste Suisse Frank Fischer a choisi de réaliser une toute nouvelle série d’œuvres inspirées d’un artiste qu’il connaît bien, le peintre Danois John Kørner.

Les œuvres de John Kørner sont un mélange d’images à la fois figuratives et abstraites. Ses sujets sont très variés, un large éventail de problématiques très actuelles : la consommation, les changements climatiques, la guerre et les relations humaines. Un univers ultra coloré, en phase avec les interrogations du monde que Frank Fischer nous fait découvrir au travers de ses “lignes de résolution”.

Le choix des œuvres est issu d’un travail de recherche, de documentation, bien sûr, mais pour cette toute nouvelle série basée sur l’œuvre de John Kørner ce sont les souvenirs d‘expositions vues à Copenhague ou à Londres qui ont priorisé ses choix.

Plutôt qu’un hommage, c’est un signe amical à un artiste qu’il a voulu authentique et représentatif des multiples facettes des tableaux de ce peintre que Frank Fischer souhaite partager et faire connaître .
